The Australian actor - who co-stars with Miley in The Last Song and who was spotted making out with her away from the set a couple weeks ago - was in the audience for the singer's concert in Los Angeles on Tuesday night.
At one point, prior to performing a single from the movie, Miley gushed about how life truly can imitate art - as a kissing montage between her and Hemsworth played behind her!A source has confirmed to E! News that Hemsworth is officially Cyrus' boyfriend. This insider said the couple has been dating for more than three months.
Following the concert on Tuesday, Miley and Liam stopped by Hollywood hot spot Katsuya and were all "lovey-dovey," a witness said.

A source told E! Online: 'Ever since she left for Detroit, Miley has been super focused on her work. Liam wanted more, but she's 17 and has other priorities right now. He's been a distraction. [Miley's] not with anybody else.'

Liam reportedly hooked up with a new girl in Huntington Beach where he was also partying during the US Open Surf Competition. After, Liam went to Detroit to visit Miley on the set of LOL, making it his second trip since she arrived July 12.

'Both visits were only about 24 hours in length, by Miley's choice. She is not ready to settle down, and Liam's not a happy camper. They're both young. To say they are done forever would be premature, but it's safe to say for now they are doing their own thing.'

The duo had been dating since the end of filming The Last Song in Georgia in 2009. Miley is currently filming L.O.L. in Michigan with Ashley Greene and Douglas Booth.

Cyrus really rocked out to a roof-raising performance by Studio 54 cult songstress Grace Jones. She even asked Hemsworth to dance with her. But he politely declined and sat down at a table with Joel Madden.
And yes, Hemsworth is a true tall glass of Aussie milk. He looked smashing in Calvin Klein and told me, "I love living in L.A." But, he added, "I do miss my family."
The viewing party, catered by the very yummy Vermont restaurant, raised $3.7 million for the AIDS Foundation.
